Paths are well kept, with lots of greenery. Most of the glasshouses are heated to keep them from freezing over the winter. Sheer volume of visitors to the Kew Gardens tells you that it is a seriously good destination. Bishops Park is located in the south-west part of London. River Thames acts as a border with the North London. Embankment area has a path that goes alongside the river. Bishops doesn't just have lot of historical sights to see. Entire area of the park went under the knife in 2011 and lots of new attractions were added. There is now a poolside beach, basketball and tennis courts, bowling greens, table tennis area and even a skating rink. Park is very big, with lots of greens, lawns and trees. For a good meal you will need to visit the River Cafe, which is a small Italian restaurant. with a Micheline star. Fans of football will enjoy the fact that the park sits adjacent to the Fulham Football Club, so if you visit the park during the day, you might be able to see team practice.
